Laifeng Vine Tea, International Gold Award!

Recently, at the Australia-China Expo held in Melbourne, China Laifeng Teng Tea won the "Gold Award" of the expo with its outstanding quality.

As a national geographical indication product of China, Laifeng vine tea  is rich in 17 amino acids and 14 trace elements, with an average total flavonoid content of ≥20%, exhibiting multiple benefits such as blood sugar reduction, lipid-lowering effects, and antibacterial properties. In recent years, Laifeng County has continuously expanded the scale of the vine tea industry and enhanced its competitiveness through measures including introducing supportive policies, strengthening brand development, and promoting technological innovation. Currently, the 102,000-mu vine tea plantation in the county produces 6,788 tons of dried tea annually, enabling over 20,000 households across 110 villages to benefit from "vine tea livelihood." The vine tea product line has evolved from single-origin tea to seven major series comprising 238 individual varieties, achieving an annual comprehensive output value of 2.253 billion yuan. Vine tea leaves are increasingly becoming the "golden leaf" for income growth and prosperity.

        Next, Laifeng County in China will further increase support for the vine tea industry, encouraging enterprises to strengthen technological innovation and product development to enhance product quality and added value; actively expand international markets, strengthen economic and trade cooperation with countries and regions along the Belt and Road, and promote Laifeng vine tea to go global; meanwhile, continuously optimize the industrial development environment, improve the industrial chain, promote deep integration of the vine tea industry with tourism, culture and other industries, and contribute to rural revitalization and high-quality development of county-level economy.
